Who operates Pollen
Pollen is operated by Autonomous Business Units, Inc., using the Auto Units name. Contact auto-units@auto-units.com about privacy, access or deletion.
Your draft
Your website details are saved in Pollen's database. A private browser cookie identifies your draft; signed-in drafts belong to your account. Choose Save to store your changes. Editing and previewing do not automatically save changes to your account.
Drafts from your agent
Drafts your agent starts through Pollen's MCP server are saved in Pollen's database without an account. Anyone holding a draft's id can read it. The start_draft tool collects your public business name, brief, optional headline and selected style. It returns a draft id. The check_draft tool accepts that id and returns the saved page as HTML and a filename, or an error when the draft is unavailable. We use these inputs to save and render your draft. The tools do not require an email address, publish a site or process payments. Your agent provider receives the tool inputs and results under its own policies. Do not include secrets, private contact details or customer records. To have a draft deleted, email auto-units@auto-units.com with its id.
Service providers and technical data
Vercel hosts Pollen and Neon stores its database drafts. Auto Units operates account sign-in and sends the email sign-in code. These services process data needed to provide those functions. Requests also include technical information, such as network addresses, request times and browser or agent details. Pollen and its hosting providers use technical data for request delivery, rate limits, security and troubleshooting. Do not place private information in page copy or draft identifiers that you share.
Retention and your controls
Pollen saves guest and signed-in drafts until they are deleted; the application does not implement a fixed automatic expiration for those drafts. Request access, correction or deletion at auto-units@auto-units.com. Include the draft id for a guest draft or contact us from the address associated with your account. Technical logs and backup copies follow the relevant service provider's retention settings, so deleting an active draft does not immediately remove every backup copy. You can stop using the connector at any time and delete downloaded files separately.
Contact details
An optional contact email becomes a mail link in the page you export. Entering it does not create a mailbox, send a message or start email verification.
Signing in
Sign in through Auto Units with an emailed six-digit code. Auto Units processes your email address and sends the sign-in code. Signing in does not create a Pollen mailbox or connect payments.
Files you download
Downloading prepares a standalone HTML file from your entered words and selected style. The file contains no tracking scripts or remote assets. If you publish that file with another service, its hosting and privacy behavior depend on the service you choose.
Cookies and saved copies
Clearing this site's cookies removes the browser's draft and sign-in access. It does not delete saved database drafts. Signed-in drafts remain associated with your account. Downloaded copies are separate files on your device; delete those separately if you no longer want them.
